These terms govern participation in the PigeonCast Affiliate Program. By applying for, joining, or participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Policies.
Last Updated: Aug 26, 2026
1. Program Overview
The PigeonCast Affiliate Program (the “Program”) allows approved partners (“Affiliates,” “you,” or “your”) to promote eligible PigeonCast products and earn commissions on qualifying purchases attributed to their approved affiliate links or other authorized tracking methods.
“PigeonCast,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sichuan FalconAI Technology Co., Ltd.
2. Eligibility
You may apply if you operate a legitimate website, social media account, video channel, newsletter, comparison site, deal site, or other lawful promotional channel.
We may approve or reject applications at our discretion.
Participation in the Program is subject to continued compliance with these Terms & Policies.
3. Enrollment & Accounts
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when applying for the Program.
You are responsible for safeguarding your affiliate account, affiliate links, tracking information, and login credentials, and for all activity conducted through your account.
You must notify PigeonCast if your account information or promotional channels materially change.
4. Tracking, Cookie Period & Attribution
Qualifying purchases are tracked through approved affiliate links or other tracking methods authorized by PigeonCast.
The Program uses a 90-day cookie period. If a prospective customer clicks your approved affiliate link and completes an eligible purchase within 90 days, the transaction may qualify for commission, subject to the attribution and validation rules in these Terms.
PigeonCast uses a last-click attribution model. If a customer interacts with multiple eligible affiliate links before purchasing, commission will generally be attributed to the most recent valid affiliate referral before the qualifying purchase.
Commission is credited only when a purchase can be reasonably attributed through approved tracking information.
Tracking may be affected by browser settings, privacy tools, ad blockers, cookie deletion, device changes, cross-device activity, or other technical limitations. PigeonCast cannot guarantee attribution when reliable tracking information is unavailable.
5. Commission
Affiliates may earn up to 30% commission on eligible purchases that are successfully paid, properly tracked, and otherwise qualify under these Terms.
The applicable commission rate may vary depending on the Affiliate, campaign, product, promotional arrangement, performance level, or other terms communicated through the Affiliate platform or separately agreed with PigeonCast.
Only purchases that can be successfully tracked through PigeonCast's approved affiliate tracking methods are eligible for commission.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, commission applies to the initial qualifying purchase only. Subscription renewals, recurring payments, upgrades, additional purchases, or other subsequent transactions do not automatically earn commission.
Transactions that are refunded, cancelled, charged back, fraudulent, unpaid, duplicated, or otherwise invalid are not eligible for commission.
6. Payments
Affiliate commissions are reviewed and validated before becoming payable.
PigeonCast applies a 14-day validation period, consistent with the applicable refund period. During this period, commissions may remain pending while the underlying transaction is reviewed for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud, or other invalid activity.
Approved commissions are paid monthly.
The minimum payout threshold is $50. If an Affiliate's approved balance does not reach the minimum threshold, the balance will carry forward until the threshold is met.
Affiliate payouts are processed through the affiliate platform used by PigeonCast.
Available payment methods, supported currencies, payout requirements, and related processing terms are subject to the options provided by that affiliate platform.
Affiliates are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate payment, tax, and account information where required.
7. Permitted & Prohibited Promotion
Affiliates may promote PigeonCast through honest, lawful, and non-misleading content on approved promotional channels.
Affiliates must not:

8. Paid Advertising, PPC & Brand Bidding

Affiliates must not engage in ad hijacking, trademark abuse, misleading ad copy, or any advertising practice designed to compete directly with or impersonate PigeonCast's official advertising.
9. Coupons, Discounts & Deal Sites
Coupon sites, deal sites, lifetime-deal communities, and similar promotional partners may participate in the Program subject to PigeonCast approval.
Affiliates may publish only coupons, discounts, promotional codes, lifetime deals, pricing offers, or other promotions that are officially provided or expressly approved by PigeonCast.

Approved Affiliates may use the PigeonCast name, logo, product screenshots, banners, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting PigeonCast under the Program.
All PigeonCast trademarks, logos, product names, visual assets, and other intellectual property remain the property of PigeonCast or their respective rights holders.
Affiliates may not:
- register domains containing “PigeonCast” or confusingly similar variations
- create social media accounts, websites, apps, or other properties that impersonate PigeonCast
- alter PigeonCast branding in a misleading or damaging manner
- falsely suggest ownership, employment, partnership, sponsorship, or official endorsement beyond the Affiliate relationship
PigeonCast may request removal or correction of any brand use that does not comply with these Terms.
11. Affiliate Relationship Disclosure
Affiliates are responsible for clearly disclosing their Affiliate relationship wherever required by applicable law, advertising standards, or platform rules.
Affiliate disclosures should be clear, visible, and reasonably understandable to the audience.
For example:
“I may earn a commission if you purchase through links on this page.”
Affiliates are responsible for adapting their disclosure language to the legal and platform requirements that apply to their content and location.
12. Fraud, Self-Referrals & Abuse
Self-referrals are prohibited.
Affiliates may not use their own affiliate links to earn commission on their own purchases or on purchases made primarily for their own benefit or under their control.
PigeonCast may investigate suspicious traffic, transactions, conversions, refunds, account activity, or other behavior associated with an Affiliate account.
Examples of prohibited conduct include:
- fraudulent transactions
- artificial or manipulated clicks
- cookie stuffing
- misleading redirects
- automated or bot-generated traffic
- duplicate or fake accounts
- unauthorized incentives
- technical manipulation of affiliate tracking
- attempts to generate commission without genuine customer acquisition
PigeonCast may withhold, cancel, or reverse commissions associated with suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, or violations of these Terms.
13. Refunds, Cancellations & Commission Reversals
Commissions are subject to the applicable 14-day validation period.
Transactions that are refunded, cancelled, charged back, fraudulent, unpaid, or otherwise invalid during the validation period will not qualify for commission.
If an invalid transaction is identified after commission has already been approved or paid, PigeonCast may deduct the corresponding amount from the Affiliate's current or future commission balance.
If no sufficient future balance is available, PigeonCast may request repayment where appropriate.
14. Suspension & Termination
Affiliates may stop participating in the Program at any time.
PigeonCast may suspend or terminate an Affiliate account for reasons including:
- violation of these Terms
- fraud or suspected fraud
- misleading or unlawful promotion
- abuse of affiliate tracking
- unauthorized paid advertising
- trademark or brand violations
- reputational or legal risk
- conduct that materially harms PigeonCast, its customers, or the Program
Upon termination, the Affiliate must stop using affiliate links and Program marketing assets except where expressly permitted.
Valid commissions earned before termination may remain payable after applicable validation, unless the termination results from fraud, abuse, or another violation that makes those commissions ineligible.
15. Changes to the Program or These Terms
PigeonCast may update the Program, commission rates, cookie period, eligibility requirements, promotional rules, payout conditions, or these Terms from time to time.
Material changes may be communicated through the Affiliate platform, by email, or through the PigeonCast website.
Continued participation in the Program after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Legal Terms
Participation in the Program is also subject to the PigeonCast Terms of Use and Privacy Policy where applicable.
Nothing in the Program creates an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, joint venture, or similar legal relationship between an Affiliate and PigeonCast.
Affiliates are independent participants responsible for their own promotional activities, expenses, taxes, disclosures, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
These Affiliate Program Terms & Policies and any related actions will be governed by the laws of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Affiliate Program Terms conflicts with the PigeonCast Terms of Use, the applicable PigeonCast Terms of Use will govern unless otherwise expressly stated in these Affiliate Program Terms.
