These Terms of Use govern all available products and services of our company. Please read them carefully before using our products.
In this document, we use "PigeonCast" to refer to all applications and services of our company.
By using PigeonCast, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use PigeonCast.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Changes may be announced in our applications, so please check regularly.

Subscription Services and Free Trial

In certain PigeonCast applications available on app stores such as Apple and Google, you can access premium versions through a subscription service. The payment method for such subscriptions (which may be weekly, monthly, yearly, or lifetime) can be processed within the application, by a third party on our behalf, or directly by mobile platform owners (such as Apple and Google). You can cancel your subscription anytime during the subscription period through your iTunes or Google subscription settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the relevant subscription period. You can find further information about canceling subscriptions and any related refunds on the website of the third-party provider from which you purchased the application (e.g., Apple, Google app stores).

We may occasionally offer a free trial period for certain subscription services in Apple, Google, and other app stores. You can cancel your free trial through your iTunes (at least 2 days before it expires) or through Google subscription settings at any time before the trial period ends.

Personal Information and Usage Rules

While using PigeonCast, you may choose to create an account through PigeonCast or via third-party services such as Google or Apple. In the latter case, your PigeonCast account will be created based on the information you provide to that service, such as your name and email address, depending on the privacy settings you allow us to access.

You may use PigeonCast only if you are at least 4 years old and are not legally prohibited from using PigeonCast under applicable laws.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password used to access PigeonCast. You are also responsible for all activities occurring under your account, whether or not you authorized them. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.

By using PigeonCast, you provide us with text, images, and other content. You retain full ownership of your content. PigeonCast does not claim any ownership over your content. However, you are fully responsible for your content, ensuring that you have the necessary rights and that your content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights, nor violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property of PigeonCast

PigeonCast and its licensors exclusively own PigeonCast, including all related intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that PigeonCast is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws in China and other countries. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other proprietary notices incorporated in or accompanying PigeonCast.

PigeonCast grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, copy, and display PigeonCast solely for your permitted use of PigeonCast.

Prohibited Actions

You agree not to engage in or attempt the following:

Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any PigeonCast system or network or breach any security or authentication measures.
Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of PigeonCast, PigeonCast’s computer systems, or PigeonCast’s technical delivery systems.
Hack, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any software used to provide PigeonCast.
Interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network, including by sending viruses, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing PigeonCast.
Access or search PigeonCast using any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism other than the publicly supported interfaces we provide.
Introduce malware or use PigeonCast to distribute malware.
Send any unauthorized communications, promotions, advertisements, or spam.
Send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information.
Post or transmit fraudulent or misleading information or content that infringes others' rights.
Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Infringe on others' privacy.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Encourage or enable any other individual to engage in the above actions.

Copyright Policy

We comply with copyright laws and expect you to do the same. We will terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.

If you believe PigeonCast’s products infringe your copyright, please contact PigeonCast’s copyright agent at feedback@pigeoncast.com.

Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate PigeonCast or your access to PigeonCast at any time without notice. For example, if you fail to comply with these terms, use PigeonCast in a harmful manner that results in legal liability for us, or disrupt others' use of PigeonCast, we may suspend or terminate your account. If we suspend or terminate your account, we will notify you in advance and assist you in retrieving your data unless circumstances require immediate suspension (e.g., repeated or egregious violations, court orders, or risks to other users).

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing feedback@pigeoncast.com.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PigeonCast and its licensors provide PigeonCast "as is" without any warranties. Without limiting the foregoing, we explicitly disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from the course of dealing or trade usage.

We do not guarantee that PigeonCast will meet your requirements or operate uninterrupted, securely, or without errors. We make no guarantees regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, authenticity, completeness, or reliability of PigeonCast.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PigeonCast, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from:

Your access to or use of PigeonCast’s intellectual property.
Your non-compliant content.
Your violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms and any related actions will be governed by the laws of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
