 Device and Usage Data: When you use a PigeonCast application, we may automatically collect technical details such as your device type, operating system version, language preferences, and mobile network details (limited to network SSID, if applicable). We also track usage patterns in an anonymized form to improve functionality and user experience.

 Content Storage: The Service relies on Firebase to store app-related content (e.g., settings or configurations). This allows us to update the Service seamlessly without retaining your personal creations or media.

 Customer Support Interactions: If you reach out to us for assistance, we may collect your contact details (e.g., email address) and information about your inquiry to respond effectively.

 Third-Party Analytics: We use tools like Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. These partners may collect additional data, as explained in their respective privacy policies.

 What We Don’t Collect: We do not gather sensitive personal details such as your name or physical address, nor do we store or distribute the content you cast or create using our applications.

 * For all applications, you may request the removal of support-related data by emailing us.
 * Note: Deleting an account does not automatically cancel Google Play subscriptions.

5. Children’s Privacy  PigeonCast products are intended for users aged 4 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with data, please contact us immediately at feedback@pigeoncast.com.

6. Data Security  We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is entirely risk-free, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention  We retain data only as long as necessary:
 * Account data is retained as long as the account is active.
 * Device and usage data are kept in anonymized form for 12 months.
 * Support-related information is retained until your issue is resolved, then deleted within 30 days.

8. International Users  Sichuan FalconAI Technology Co., Ltd. operates globally. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries with different privacy laws.
